I'm Kally and I've worked in many roles from retail, housing, corporate professional services, volunteering around the world and currently working as a mental health therapist.

Since going through my grief journey and losing my mum and sister I realised life is too short to not live happily. As much as I was enjoying life experiences and adventures in my personal life, my professional work life wasn't being fulfilled and always wanted something more each year. I thought working in a top corporate organisation meant I made it because I made my family proud, however the environment was increasingly negative and I was exhausted each day. I lost myself sense of self and confidence and because everyone was 'busy' I didn't feel I had many people I could reach out who understood this experience.

I knew there had to be more where mental health is taken seriously and I can come to a place of work where I enjoy.

Whilst changing roles in January 2025, I also started my journey running an online business and this changed my perspective completely in health & wellness and learnt a different way of creating income, one that prioritises me and creating a future on my own terms aligning with my values & purpose, and my vision to help people.

With all this experience I get to support others who want the same - more freedom, happiness, time, get their health back and more income to live life on their own terms and not miss out on the things that matter.
